Return and Exchange Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience seamless. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please carefully read our policy below:


1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange:
• Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the delivered item is damaged or different from what was ordered.

•We do not process returns for:
Personal dissatisfaction or change of mind 
Accidental Purchase
Damage Cause after delivery

• The product must be in its original, unused condition.
• The original packaging and all tags must be intact.
• A clear video of the product (unboxing video and product condition) must be provided as proof. Returns or exchanges without a video will not be accepted.


2. Return & Exchange Process:
• Customers are responsible for arranging the return delivery.
• Products must be sent back using any courier or delivery service of the customer’s choice.
 • We also Provide the return service but in that city only where our return delivery partners are available. A separate charge will be applied.


3. Exchange Policy:
• Exchanges will be processed only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.
• If the product is found to be used, damaged, or not in original condition, the exchange request will be rejected.
    • Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets all return conditions, we will begin processing the exchange. A brand-new replacement product will be packed and sent to the customer after thorough testing and a 100% quality check to ensure all features are functioning perfectly.

 • At the time of packaging, our team will also connect with the customer via a video call to demonstrate the product’s condition. During the call, we will show the product from all dimensions and angles, verify that it is working perfectly, and confirm that there are no signs of damage. Only after this confirmation, the product will be dispatched.

 • If the customer had chosen Cash on Delivery (COD) for the original order, they will be requested to pay a delivery fee ranging from ₹50 to ₹100, depending on their location. However, if the original order was PREPAID, there will be no additional charges for the exchange.



6. Timeline for Returns & Exchanges:
• Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
 • Exchanges will be processed within 7 working days after the return is approved.

7.  Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse, it enters the hands of our delivery partner. At this stage, we’re unable to cancel the order because our delivery partners do not offer a cancellation option after the shipment is out for delivery. We truly appreciate your understanding, as we want to make the delivery process as smooth and efficient as possible.

8. When an Undelivered Order Returns to Us
In rare situations, if a customer is unavailable to receive the parcel and it gets returned to our warehouse, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered. Since we follow a Return & Exchange policy, we’ll re-ship the same product to you once it comes back to us. In such cases, a small additional delivery charge will apply to cover the second shipment. We do this to ensure you still receive what you ordered without any hassle.
